Hi, I‘m Ben. I’m a naturalist whose stories gravitate towards adventure, culture, conservation, environment, science, survival and wildlife. I explore the intersection where humanity, landscape and wildlife intersect. I’m a science writer who believes in magic.

Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and Natural Resource Journalism from the University of Montana and an undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology, minoring in Wilderness Studies.
